2. File Retention & Automated Cleanup

Instant Deletion: Conversion files are stored temporarily on secure disk volumes during execution. Once the converted output is sent to your device, the file is immediately and permanently unlinked.
No Backups: We do not save historical copies or database archives of document contents. Files cannot be recovered once processed.

3. Payment Processing

When you subscribe to our Pro plans:

Payments are handled securely by third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal).
We do not store or process your complete credit card information or security codes on our servers.
We only receive confirmation of payment, transaction IDs, subscription status, and billing emails.

Role-based access controls, limiting data queries to authorized automated tasks only.
